How to request

To request a refund, please email us at support@esquired.app with your account email and the reason for your request. We process requests as quickly as possible.

Review credits

Attorney review credits (included in Hybrid and Intensive plans) are non-refundable once a review has been submitted by the student and accepted for processing by our team.

Strategy sessions

1-on-1 strategy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via your booking link.

Refund process

Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method used via Stripe. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
