Services description
esquirED provides an AI-powered law school admissions platform that includes strategy tools, essay feedback, and coaching services. Services are provided on a one-time payment basis for defined access periods or specific deliverables.
Account
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments & refunds
We use a one-time payment model for our plans (Core, Hybrid, Intensive). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use esquirED only for lawful purposes related to your personal law school application process. You may not use the service to generate fraudulent content, impersonate others, or attempt to circumvent platform security.
AI disclaimer
esquirED does not guarantee admission to any law school. AI-generated feedback and suggestions are tools to assist your process and should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, your own judgment. We are not responsible for admissions outcomes.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its design, code, and proprietary algorithms, is the property of esquirED. You retain ownership of the original essays and personal content you upload.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall esquirED be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
